Hey guys!! I’m sharing everything I’m currently using.. I don’t use all of the products every single day (except my prenatals), but these are the things I like to use as a part of my routine when I’m expecting.

DIY Belly Butter Recipe-
2 tbsp Shea Butter Sweet Almond Oil
2 tbsp Cocoa Butter
2 tbsp Coconut Oil
2 tbsp Sweet Almond Oil
1 tbsp Beeswax (optional)
10 Drops Vitamin E Oil
10 drops Neroli Essential Oil (optional)
10 drops Helichrysum Essential Oil (optional)

  1. Great Video! I used to take new chapter prenatal vitamin in my first pregnancy. I had a lot of morning sickness and my Doctor suggested to change my prenatal vitamins and I did and my morning sickness when away. I thinks the vitamins was causing it too.. now I am taking One a Day with Dha.. it is just one pill.

  2. For the metallic taste, it's called dysgeusia. It is a common pregnancy symptom. You can look it up and maybe find ways to get rid of it, I believe it is usually in the first trimester? Can't remember.

  3. you should try the one a day prenatal. it's just one pill. you can find it at Walmart and probably just about anywhere. they have all you need love that butter. I wish you would've made this video sooner. my second son is already a month and a half and hello stretch marks.

  4. Love Love your channel. I wanted to ask you if you have any good recommendations for nausea? I am first time pregnant entering my 3rd month. I have been nauseous everyday no matter what I eat or do. ginger has not helped nor did milk and yogurt.
