Hi DIY divas!

I get a lot of fashion inspiration from Brazilian novelas and women. Since they’re ‘one season ahead’ I often get a sneak preview of upcoming fashion trends before they make their entrance in the Western world.

One character whose style I adore is Carol in Totalmente Demais. Apparently her looks are inspired by Kim Kardashian and Christine Centenera the fashion editor of Vogue Australia. Either way Juliana Paes is rocking every look and is a joy to look at. I already printscreened so many of her and Luisa’s look let alone the other characters in the novela.

But enough talking and let’s start sewing! 😀

What you’ll need:
– 2 yards/meter of stretch fabric | 3-4 yards/meters if plus size
– thread
– measuring tape
– fabric scissors
– pins
– sewing machine (I use Brother DS140 http://bit.ly/1WoaqVq)

  1. Gorgeous!! I've come to expect that from you though, lol! Looks super simple but the finished product is so elegant. Great for short, skinny people like me also so I can customize it to fit perfectly❤
